Harborline Trade Consulting is a trade consultancy based in Maharashtra, India, with a life-sciences sourcing division that connects overseas buyers with licensed Indian makers and processors. When we say "we" or "our" in this policy, we mean Harborline.

We collect only what we need to do our work: your name, email address, phone number, company details and the contents of your enquiry when you contact us or request a quote. For sourcing assignments we may also hold product specifications, shipping details and compliance documents you share with us.

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, deliver consulting and sourcing services, arrange samples and shipments, and send service updates you have asked for. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them with third parties except the manufacturers, laboratories, freight partners or authorities directly involved in your assignment.

Our website may use basic cookies and analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features such as saved preferences may not.
5. How we protect it
Enquiry and order records are stored on access-controlled systems, and sensitive documents are shared only with the people handling your work. While no online system is perfectly secure, we review our practices regularly and limit access to the smallest team necessary.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our accounting and tax obligations — usually up to six years — and then delete or anonymise them. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask (see below), unless the law requires us to keep them.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time. We will respond within a reasonable period, generally 30 days.
